ONE NEED. ONE GOAL. THE NEXT CHAPTER.

Every story deserves its own goal.

Our planned program will fund approved needs in order. Each scenario will have a documented budget and recipient. Once its goal is met, future funding can move to the next approved need under published rollover terms.

The first scenario is awaiting approval.

No campaign target, collection total or fundraising progress is presented until a real need, recipient and budget are approved. PupsWelcome checkout remains closed.

CARE COMES FIRST

Three ways to make a better day possible.

Our proposed funding priorities. Specific assistance will depend on partner review, actual costs and available funds.

01 / THE WELCOME FUND

Care & recovery

Help with approved veterinary assessments, treatment and recovery supplies.

02 / THE WELCOME FUND

Full bowls & daily needs

Support food, essential supplies and practical care for dogs facing hardship.

03 / THE WELCOME FUND

Somewhere safe

Help rescue and foster partners with approved shelter, transport and transition needs.

TRUST IS PART OF THE GIFT

You should know
where your help goes.

Our operating commitments: review each request, document approved assistance, and publish a monthly summary of funds received, fees, assistance paid and funds carried forward.

Partner details and the first impact report will appear here after approval and reconciliation. No verified results have been published yet.

Who receives the payment?
Recipient details will be published before giving opens.
How will funds be used?
The allocation policy, operating costs and treatment of unused funds will be published before launch.
Is a gift tax-deductible?
Tax deductibility is not claimed by PupsWelcome. Review the receiving organization’s status and receipt before relying on any tax benefit.

IMAGINE WHAT WE COULD DO

Small gifts add up.

A planning illustration, not money raised or a forecast of results.

$2,500 / month$30,000 over a full year of continued giving

Gross illustration before processing fees, refunds, failed payments and any disclosed operating costs. Assistance depends on approved needs and available funds.

GOOD TRAVELS FURTHER TOGETHER

Bring your people into the circle.

Your walking group, neighborhood café or dog-loving friends can help this idea reach more people.

A PLACE FOR LOCAL GOOD

Rescue teams. Neighborhood businesses.
People who show up.

Rescues can propose documented needs. Businesses can offer a clearly disclosed matching campaign or share the fund with their community. Sponsorship never changes organic place rankings.

Partner intake is preparing to open. Eligibility, review steps and a contact will be published here before applications are accepted.

A few things you may be wondering.

What happens when a scenario reaches its goal?

Verified funds fill each approved scenario’s individual goal in order. Any excess rolls into the next approved scenario automatically. If there is no next scenario, funds wait in a disclosed reserve. Monthly gifts keep supporting this changing queue until canceled; they are not permanently earmarked for one dog. New giving pauses when there is no unmet approved goal.

How will you choose who receives help?

The planned process checks the partner’s identity, evidence of need, care estimate and ability to report outcomes. Assistance requires a documented approval. Where practical, approved expenses should be paid directly to the care provider.

Will I receive a receipt and updates?

At launch, payment receipts will be handled by the receiving organization through Stripe. Monthly public reports are an operating commitment; payment does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

What if I need urgent help for a dog?

This fund is not an emergency response service and cannot promise assistance. Contact a local veterinarian, animal shelter or rescue directly for time-sensitive needs.
